I am Kisan Arya from Rohtak, Haryana, India. I am a professional, international yoga teacher and physiotherapist. I graduated from a four year long degree in Yoga, from Himalayan University in 2018. I was a student of the Grurkul School between 2006 and 2015, at have extensive experience teaching yoga from 2012 to till now. 
 
My journey as a devotee and student began at the Grurkul School in Rothak, Haryana.
 
The word gurukula is a combination of the Sanskrit words guru ('teacher' or 'master') and kula ('family' or 'home'). The term is also used today to refer to residential monasteries or schools operated by modern gurus.

Their core objectives are to teach real yoga and traditional and cultural studies and philosophies about Hindu culture, history, mythology, languages, and discipline. The school teaches only in Sanskrit and their sole objective is to train and make a student into a real yogi.
 
I have taught as a yoga teacher in numerous other countries as well as Thailand. I can teach all kind of yoga styles and related disciplines, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Meditation.

I am currently managing yoga for other schools, and have extensive experience managing workshops and retreats, for connecting with real yoga.
